1. Shipping:

• Free Shipping within Israel:
  We offer free shipping to all areas within Israel, with a commitment to deliver the products as quickly as possible.

• Express Shipping:
  Express shipping is available upon request for an additional fee. Express shipping will arrive within 48 hours of the order date.

• International Shipping:
  International shipments are free of charge via regular mail. If you prefer delivery with a home courier, this option can be arranged for an additional fee. Home delivery with a courier will arrive within 5 business days of the order date.

  For purchases under 360 NIS, international shipping will cost 100 NIS.

• Pick-Up:
  You can choose to pick up your order for free by prior arrangement from our collection point in Tel Aviv.

2. Returns and Exchanges:

• Exchanges:
  Exchanges are possible within 28 days of receiving the item, provided the jewelry is in its original packaging and has not been used. We are happy to offer an alternative piece of jewelry or issue a coupon for future use.

• Refunds:
  Refunds are not permitted. You may exchange the item or receive a coupon only.

• Returning Items:
  Return shipping costs for exchanges or returns are the responsibility of the customer.
